Creates or deletes a virtual dimension

long description

Creates or deletes a virtual dimension specified by a dimension attribute.

parameters

name	type	description
database	identifier	Identifier of the database
name_database	string	Name of the database. Used only if database parameter is omitted.
dimension	identifier	Identifier of the dimension containing the attribute.
name_dimension	string	Name of the dimension containing the attribute. Used only if dimension parameter is omitted.
attribute	identifier	Identifier of the attribute element
name_attribute	string	Name of the attribute element. Used only if attribute parameter is omitted.
activate	integer	creates (activate=1) or deletes (activate=0) the virtual dimension
sid	string	Session identifier for a server connection. Use the /server/login request to get a valid session identifier.
